  • How can I track my order? As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to follow your package's journey.

2. Product & Quality

  • Are your sunglasses polarized and UV protected? Yes! The majority of our sunglasses feature polarized lenses to eliminate glare and offer 100% UV400 protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays. (Please check individual product descriptions for specific features).

  • What is a TR90 frame? TR90 is a thermoplastic material that is incredibly durable, flexible, and lightweight. Frames made with TR90 are extremely comfortable, bend under pressure (making them less likely to break), and contour to your face perfectly.

  • Do you offer reading glasses or bifocal sunglasses? Absolutely. We carry a specialized line of bifocal reading sunglasses, allowing you to read your phone, a book, or tie a fishing line outdoors without switching your glasses.

  • What is your return policy? We want you to love your Percept Eyewear. We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
